Cockamamie Jamie's unique take on hip-hop is equal parts frenetic stage energy, and storytelling rap-theater. He seamlessly blends theatrical set design into the world of the MC/DJ format, showcasing a fresh take on the modern standard.

Jamie has enjoyed recognition from many respected musicians, performing in support of artists such as: Atmosphere, Odd Future, KRS One, Cold War Kids, Sugarhill Gang, Slightly Stoopid, The Pharcyde, Living Legends, Ras Kass, Joyce Manor, How To Dress Well, K. Flay, Grieves, Dan Deacon, Black Milk, Ugly Duckling, Jeff The Brotherhood, Dibiase, Tony Allen, Fashawn, Pigeon John, Immortal Technique, Little Brother, Planet Asia, Smoov E, Kyle Gass (Tenacious D), Moka Only and Hieroglyphics. Jamie has also enjoyed notoriety for winning the infamous “Piss Battle”, a viral video screened on Comedy Central's “Tosh.0” website, Worldstarhiphop.com, Web Soup, and TruTV's "TruTV Presents" television program, a battle which Jamie pulls a surprise for the ages on his baffled opponent.

Cockamamie Jamie's debut solo release, 2013's "Survivor Series," was a west coast regional success, and his live show was voted "must see" by The Fresno Bee. Jamie's highly anticipated "Orca" album was released MAY 7th, 2016. Jamie firmly believes Tom Cruise will die in 2017.
